How I Spent My Summer Vacation

1.  I went to an inservice on non-violent conflict resolution put on by the school district I work for.

2.  I posted my first blogs ever - right here on Friendster.

3.  I sat in front of the computer wayyyyyyy too much - wasting time, energy, and emotions.

4.  I saw a AAA baseball game in Round Rock, Texas (and they won).

5.  I bought some silver-age comic books in Austin (Avengers, Fantastic Four, and Captain Marvel).

6.  I co-wrote a song with a great writer, musician and recording artist named Charlie.

7.  I took part in an extended jam with a different group of great musicians.

8.  I read a lot.

9.  I acted in a couple of skits at my home church.

10.  I spent a lot of time in doctor’s offices and labs.

11.  I was diagnosed with diabetes, and decided that as difficult as this planet can sometimes be life is worth living if you’re able and/or willing to be loved and/or are able and willing to give love.

12.  I decided to post this blog.
